Pastel Blues and Blush Pink Shades for Jennifer & Adam's Wedding Day at All Hallow's Church Great Mitton & Mitton Hall

What a spectacular wedding day this was, even with the tail end of Storm Doris doing it's best to cause havoc, our Bride & Groom and their fabulous families made sure it had no effect what so ever.
They had such a wonderful team around them that nothing could dampen their spirits, Lesley Ann and the team at Mitton Hall were looking after everything for the wedding reception, Flossy & leigh were doing hair and make up, Key Photography from Wigan were the professional photographers, the gorgeous gown by Ronald Joyce was from Orchid Designs in Clitheroe and the magnificent cake was from Lilibets in Southport and Malvern Wedding Cars providing the rather stylish transportation.

Our journey with Jennifer, Adam & the lovely Bride's Mum Janet began over a year ago with an initial meeting here at FD HQ where we all got to know one another and made plans for Jennifer & Adam to make a mood board ready for our next get together. Their mood board was fabulous, it included all of the essential details and gave us a really clear understanding of what the two of them wanted their flowers to look like

We got together again in December to create a set of sample designs including Bridal Bouquet, table centre designs and boutonnieres
A suggestion for the top table design featuring our miniature candelabras
One of our wintery Enchanted trees
At las the big day was here and on Saturday Jason had the huge pleasure of presenting our beautiful Bride Jennifer and her Bridesmaids with their bouquets
Jennifer's cascading wedding bouquet included beautiful Sweet Avalanche, Mentha, Snowflake and white Avalanche Roses, fresh Ranunuculus, Jasmine, Dendrobium Orchids, Calla Lilies 'Crystal Blush', pale blue Hydrangeas, Jasmine, Muscari, Oxypetalum and Eucalyptus
Adam's Boutonniere was created to match his Bride's Bouquet and featured a Mentha Rose with Ranunculus, Muscari and pale blue Hydrangea florets
Jason headed off to All Hallow's Church at Great Mitton, it's just down the lane from Mitton Hall
Each alternate Pew End ling the aisle was dressed with a beautiful posy of fresh Jasmine, Forget Me Nots, Roses, Tulips, Oxypetalum and Hydrangeas

We'd dressed the internal archway with a garland of fresh Ivy, French Ruscus and Gypsophila, then we'd framed it with two of our gorgeous Baroque Candelabras

The Baroque Candelabras were dressed with Roses, Hydrangeas, Blue Forget Me Nots,  Delphinium Volkerfrieden, Ranunculus and Oxypetalum

Jason pinned on all of the Groom's Men's Boutonnieres making sure they were positioned perfectly

The two little Flower Girls looked adorable and carried tiny posies of fresh flowers
The fabulous Bride's Mum and Bridesmaid's were next to arrive
The Bridesmaids looked so gorgeous in their pale blue gowns and their bouquets matched perfectly

The Pale Pink & Blue Bridesmaids Bouquets included Sweet Avalanche, Mentha &Snowflake Roses, fresh Ranunuculus, Calla Lilies 'Crystal Blush', pale blue Hydrangeas, Gypsophilia, Muscari, Oxypetalum and Eucalyptus
Our beautiful Bride arriving with her super proud Dad

Jennifer really did look utterly breathtaking

Huge Congratulations to Jennifer and Adam from all of the team here at Flower Design Events

The celebrations moved on to the wonderful surroundings of Mitton Hall where the scene was set for a magnificent wedding reception
The dining tables were dressed with a combination of designs, our classic Baroque candelabras dressed with a glorios array of entirely fresh flowers looked wonderful and created a romantic atmosphere

The Top table included our miniature Baroque Candelabras with posies of fresh flowers and candlelit votives spread across the length of the table, we'd used the garland from church along the fron the top table too
Our statuesque Enchanted Trees decorated with strings of pearls and fresh posies of  flowers looked quite spectacular, they were illuminated with candlelit orbs and fairy lights

The wedding cake by Lilibet's in Southport was dressed with fresh flowers and looked and smelled delicious
