Colmar at Christmas time was magical and freezing.



One of our souvenirs was both of us coming home with intense colds. Bleh.

But it is so charming! Beauty and the Beast, anyone??







The funniest thing about getting to this little town was how many countries surrounded us when we landed in Basel, Switzerland. When we got off the plane, there were two labeled doors: Germany or France. We

Taylor has been talking to anyone who would listen about Winter Wonderland since we went last Christmas.

And it's definitely bigger and better than last year!

It's free to get in and open from 10-10 but we definitely went at a good time. 2pm on a Saturday and stayed until 5:30 when the masses really started rolling in.

Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park occurs annually from November to the beginning of January. One amazing, lovely thing about not being in America is that there is nothing holding back the acceptable time to break out the Christmas stuff.
