The Beautiful Lake District 'Fruits of Autumn' Wedding Day For Laura & Jakub at St Bartholomews Church at Loweswater & New House Farm Lorton

This really was a beautiful wedding and we've had great fun planning the flowers with the beautiful Laura and her equally beautiful Mum,  we first met up with Laura last October, we made plans to get together again once all of the important purchases had been made. Laura and Jake had put together this beautiful mood board for our 2nd meeting, it guided us and inspired us to create some gorgeous sample designs for them to see at our next appointment.
Laura's beautiful sample wedding bouquet included a sumptuous collection of Roses Black Bacara, Faith, Mentha & Silver Lace with white Ranunculus, Dahlias, Astilbe, Sedum, Skimmia, Senecio, Nigella and Quercus
The sample design for the top table was a gently flowing design set on a log in a silver fruit bowl, we'd included fresh figs, crab apples, Pink Peppercorns, Herbs, Foliages, seed heads and berries
Our Baroque Candelabras were dressed with Roses, Hydrangeas, Astilbe and Berries
A sample Boutonniere included Roses, Nigella, Astrantia and Skimmia
At last the big day arrived and Jason was on the road by 7am heading north, he found our beautiful Bride and her Bridesmaids all busy getting ready, he had the enormous pleasure of presenting the bridal bouquets
Jason showed everyone how to carry their bouquets perfectly

The Bridal bouquet looked even more seasonal than the sample design and included Rose Hips, Succulents and Sedum alongside the original blooms; Roses Black Bacara, Faith, Mentha & Silver Lace with white Ranunculus, Dahlias, Astilbe, Skimmia, Senecio, Nigella and Quercus
Next stop the lovely St Bartholomew's Church at Loweswater which is set in the most stunning scenery

A garland of fresh foliages and autumnal berries was draped over the door arch
Just inside the porch a collection of posies and candlelit lanterns created a warm welcome for the guests

Inside this lovely country church we'd placed two candelabras on pedestals to frame the ceremony space

Posies of fresh flowers decorated the ends of each alternate pew lining the aisle
We'd used fresh Dill, Poppy seed heads, Roses, Astilbe, Skimmia, Sedum Hydrangeas and grasses

The Boutonnieres and corsages were lined up ready to pin on to the Groom's party as they arrived
The first to have his boutonniere pinned to his lapel was Laura's super handsome Bride Groom Jakub
The Bride Groom's Boutonniere matched his suit and pocket square perfectly
Jason pinned on all of the Groom's Men's Boutonnieres ensuring each one was positioned perfectly

The completely gorgeous Bride's Mum complete with her corsage of metallic berries and Ranunculus
A beautiful autumn corsage of metallic Berries, Seed Heads and Ranunculus
The gorgeous Bridesmaid's were next to arrive, they all looked stunning in their blush pink gowns
The shades of the blush nude and burgundy bouquets looked absolutely perfect with the Bridesmaid's blush gowns

The completely breathtakingly beautiful Bride Laura arrived with her super proud Dad, Laura was wearing a gown by Jesus Peiro from The White Closet in Didsbury

The stunning wedding bouquet an autumnal collection of seed heads and berries with Roses, Dahlias and Ranunculus
The fabulous pro photographer on the day was the legendary Lisa Aldersley we can't wait to see her images

Huge Congratulations to Jake & Laura from all of the team here at Flower Design Events

The celebrations moved on to the magical surroundings of New House Farm where the catering team from Wild Zucchini were waiting to provide a warm welcome
Inside the scene was set with elegantly crisp table linen and glorious fresh flowers and autumn fruits
Our fabulous Baroque Candelabras were dressed with fresh Roses, Hydrangeas, Seed Heads and Berries with autumn fruits and foliages

The top table dressed so elegantly with our silver Rose bowl, Pumpkins, Gourds, Figs, Crab apples and candles

Posies of fresh flowers and autumnal berries and fruits provided a low table centrepiece design
