Pink lily wedding

On sorting through my photos, it is a long job, I came across this wedding which has never appeared on the blog.
I have had interest in this bouquet at consultations so thought I would share with you all today.

A gorgeous teardrop bouquet totally in shades of pink. The centre star is a lovely asiatic lily with diamante detailing with a mix of sweet avalanche roses and pink eustoma and ivy trails.

A glorious bouquet for a bride who loves lilies.

The bridesmaids carried a small posy of a single lily flower surrounded with pink roses and cream eustoma.

The ladies corsages were a mass of cream eustoma one with black leaves

and one with green.

The grooms buttonhole was a pink rose with eustoma flowers, ivy leaves and diamante.

We also provided the long and low for the top table created with the same flowers as the bouquets, lilies, eustoma and roses. Add in some silver grass loops to blend in with the table centrepieces.

Gorgeous summer wedding flowers in pink, nude and green

It was a real pleasure to be asked to provide this gorgeous summer mix of flowers for the weekend's wedding of K & J's.

The bride chose lovely nude and pale pink roses, pale green eustoma, white astrantia, pink spray roses and thalspi and eucalyptus foliage.

The beautiful bouquet of lushness.

The stems were bound lightly with lace over hessian to give a natural loose bunch feel to the bouquet.

The bridesmaids all carried bouquets of gyp.
(I'm real sorry for the photos, so many came out blurred, these are the best of the bunch!!)

Three adult bridesmaids and a small posy for the flower girl.

The groom wore a natural style buttonhole of a selection of flowers from the bridal bouquet (as per tradition)

The groomsmen wore gyp buttonholes with a hessian wrap to match the bridesmaid flowers (another tradition)

The ladies of the wedding party wore corsages of a pink and nude rose with other blooms from the brides bouquet.

and the ladies too.
If going to the same venue, ladies and gents buttonholes are usually separated so they can go to the respective main getting ready area without any fuss.

We were asked to provide a small top table long and low for the sweetheart table at the venue.
Again a lovely mix of flowers from the bride's bouquet.

The lovely sweetheart top table at Cleatham Hall.

These sweetheart tables are getting very popular with my couples. Be that for family logistic reasons (parents who are divorced, with new partners, lets be honest, don't always get on) or whether just so the newly weds can spend an hour or so enjoying the day together, chatting over the wedding breakfast. Don't be afraid to bin tradition to suit you and your family set up. The day is a celebration and if setting the seating up differently helps the enjoyment flow then go ahead.

These wedding flowers are just so suitable for a relaxed set up and afternoon tea.
If you are having a similar day then we can help you style your flowers whatever the colours.

A beautiful blue, pink and white summer wedding

These gorgeous wedding flowers are from Laura's wedding who married in June. A lovely mix of summer blooms in blue, pink and white.
The bridal bouquet was a mix of delphiniums, nigella, pink roses, white eustoma, chrysants and a few stems of Lily of the Valley nestled in amongst the main blooms. The foliage is Thalaspi and tree fern. The outline was messy and style nothing too formed or placed.

Beautiful summer mix of flowers

The four bridesmaids carried a similar style bouquet with pink roses, nigella, eustoma and chrysants and foliage.

All stems had ivory satin ribbon bound around them.

The flower girl posy was a smaller  version of above. She was so cute on delivery wanting to show everyone her flowers.

The ladies all had a traditional corsage of a pale pink rose, eustoma, lily of the valley and gyp

All our buttonholes are presented to the bridal party of a board, all having pins.

The bouquets are delivered in a box with lots of cushioning and wrapping to protect the blooms.
