The County Assembly Rooms in Lincoln's Bailgate is a venue that lots of people walk past but don't really know what is inside and really should. The ballroom has fabulous decor and the ceiling is stunning.

We have set up many flowers here over the years for many types of functions, these are a few of those designs.

For a spring ball, our nest designs were filled with a colourful display of tulips, daffodils and narcissi.

For an autumn wedding we naturally went with orange, deep reds ad lovely seasonal foliage.

The tables had small sheafs of corn and ivy as table confetti.

A ceremony set up in the ballroom with our gorgeous bay trees

and in the Tennyson suite our ceremony table flowers take centre stage.

A lovely table centrepiece of submerged flowers in our cylinder vases complete with floating candles.

A stunning top table display, and 2 L shaped displays compliment the lady of the room.

and on the tables, hired candelabra with a simple foliage garland and a beautiful pale pink rose.

May be green is your colour?

Twisted bamboo, green shamrock chrysants, white anthuriums and lots of foliage.

Another green and white set up, again not forgetting the lady in the room,

and flower circles for the guest tables.

A sunny yellow and blue wedding, with stunning sunflowers as the main flowers.

Or may be you love red? More flowers for The lady

and a long and low for the top table and added foliage swag to compliment.

This wedding reception was held in uphill Lincoln at The County Assembly rooms.

The colour theme was continued from the bridal bouquets (here) through the table displays but with a twist.

The top table was a compact design of a mass of gyp with a few agapanthus heads and campanula flowers and buds to add colour.

The guest table centrepieces were 3 cylinder glass vases of differing heights. One held purple calla lilies, one agapanthus heads and one a lilac rose with gyp, all submerged under water with a floating candle. These were all arranged on to a log slice.

These arrangements are fabulous as the water magnifies the flowers really showing off the colours.

The room was still being dressed by the venue when we set up so unfortunately didn't get full set up photos.

All the vases and logs were hired from us and we always collect (where possible) early the next day so you can get on with enjoying the start of married life and not worry about getting items back to us. We aim to make the process as stress free as we can.
