Dark Lips, Dark Eyes & Daisies | Turkey Day 7

Evening outfit for today's relaxing day was this frilled-lace white top and daisy skirt from Boohoo. Tonight I chose to use golden jewellery to pair and compliment the outfit colours - the golden necklace above is from Newlook and the shoes are from Primark.

For my eye makeup, I applied gold glitter all over the lid and one of Maybelline's infamous colour tattoos in the shade timeless black to deepen the outer corner of my eye and crease. This created a very dramatic/grunge eye look, which is very different to my go-to evening makeup. I must say, I absolutely fell in love and will most definitely be recreating it again for future occasions!!!

Sorry that today was only an outfit post, tomorrow will be another relaxing day but don't forget to check out day 9 - it involves a jam-packed day trip that was honestly the best day of my life.

Have a wonderful day/evening!

Until tomorrow...

Let's Go To The Beach | Turkey Day 5

Right, so today was beach day and I must say that I may have held my expectations too high after witnessing the beautiful photographs of the Oludeniz online. Despite the photos I took above being stunningly picturesque, it was a disappointment to me that the shore was made of thousands of tiny rocks/pebbles and not sand, as the online photos misled - but hey, that might just be a personal preference right?!

Tonight's evening outfit was a simple monochrome look. A plain black skater skirt paired with a long sleeved, but light, striped top. Jess went completely opposite to my two-toned outfit by wearing a vibrant orange top and checkered skort. Mac's Lady Danger came in handy to give a pop of colour to my monochromal attire also.

I'm loving every single day, I never want to return home :) There is also progression on the tanning front - woo!

Until tomorrow...

Life on the Mountains | Turkey Day 2

After a long and needed sleep, Jess and I woke up at midday. We settled in quickly - the resort is surrounded by beautiful greenery and in the middle of mountains. Everything here is soooo picturesque! The hotel covers all inclusive so we can help ourselves to all the yummy (but very unhealthy) pool side snacks. The day consisted of sunbathing, eating chips, ice cream and pancakes and swimming in the pool.

As seen in the photos above, I'm absolutely loving outfit planning both during the day and evening. I paired a palm tree statement tee with high waisted denim shorts to lounge around the pool and in the evening I wore an off the shoulder white crop top with a pastel pink cut-out skirt. Accessorising involved dangly silver winged earrings, a pink&white ying yang necklace and white circular sunglasses. The finishing pieces to my evening look included white and gold sandals with my fave nude lippie - Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Satisfaction.

An impressive day ended perfectly with a wide variety of foods for dinner. I'm a V E R Y fussy eater so the variation is a massive yes from me - the grilled chicken is definitely a 10/10

We have both had an incredible first day and are looking forward to spending the next two weeks here ☺️

Polagram: Pretty Polaroid Pictures

Hello everyone,

Today I thought I would dedicate my post to a lovely little app that I recently downloaded. After seeing POLAGRAM advertised almost everywhere, I thought I better download it and give it a go...

On polagram, you can upload photos straight from your phone! How perfect is that? It really saved me the hassle of uploading photos from my phone to my laptop and printing them out via that way. You can purchase simple polaroid styled photos, like I did myself, or create a photobook, print your favourite photo onto a canvas, form your own poster, design a case, send a postcard or make a special someone a giftbox full of your favourite photos together.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of these photos, despite my camera not being the best to photograph them. The finish is super glossy and all my photos are immaculate. Pricewise, they are very reasonable at 29p a print and each time you purchase, you get a code for yourself, and friend, for £5 off your next order. My referral code is : PG0FR1H7 - if any of you want to use that.

Overall, I was thrilled to receive my 25 little prints and will be looking forward to ordering my next batch! I really want to make a scrapbook soon full of memories and photos and this app will be my saviour.

Love

P.S. I wasn't paid to write this post, I was just super impressed with the quality and turnout of the photos and the app itself :)
